のみ依存するような水の理論分解電圧より小さい
電圧を第1電圧とし、前記残存酸素と可燃性ガス
が燃焼することにより発生する水蒸気とに依存す
るような水の理論分解電圧より大きい電圧を第2
電圧として前記第1電圧と第2電圧とを交互に切
替えて前記電極間に印加し、前記第1および第2
電圧による前記電極からのそれぞれの入力を保持
