DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a member for forming a retaining wall that is constructed around a planned excavation location during underground construction work such as the construction of an underground structure, for example.

As this type of retaining wall forming member, there has traditionally been a soil column made of a hardened mixture of cement milk and excavated soil. There was a problem in that thin parts were diluted before hardening, or cracks were likely to occur due to water pressure or earth pressure, resulting in a decrease in strength and water-stopping performance.

Therefore, as described in JP-A No. 53-27212, for example, concrete piles are manufactured in advance to serve as members for column rows and have a bulging arc surface and a recessed arc surface at the front and rear along the longitudinal direction. The upper end of this concrete pile is removably crowned with a thin pile having approximately the same external shape as the concrete pile to form a retaining wall forming member, and a plurality of these retaining wall forming members are placed adjacent to each other. A series of retaining walls are constructed by connecting concrete piles to the groundwater aquifer by installing them in parallel so that the bulging arc surface of one matching retaining wall forming member is in close contact with the recessed arc surface of the other retaining wall forming member. It has been proposed that the concrete pile is constructed so that it is removed after forming, but concrete piles and concrete piles with a special shape that have almost the same external shape as these concrete piles are not easily available. Because of this, they have the disadvantage that they require a lot of time and effort to manufacture, and the relative positioning of adjacent retaining wall forming members also requires time and effort.

In other words, when burying the retaining wall forming member while hanging it, if one bulging arc surface is lowered along the other recessed arc surface, the bulging arc surface and the recessed arc surface will face each other. Although it is easy to maintain this posture, it is not sufficient to regulate the distance between the bulging arc surface and the recessed arc surface, and requires a separate movement to bring the bulging arc surface and the recessed arc surface into close contact. It was essential.

The characteristic structure of the retaining wall forming member according to the present invention to achieve the above object is that adjacent steel pipes are fitted and connected to each other along the longitudinal direction to maintain a water-tight state between the adjacent steel pipes. A columnar steel pipe with a closable rib-shaped water stop part protruding from its outer circumferential surface, and an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the steel pipe, which is coaxially connected to the steel pipe at the upper end side of the steel pipe. a rod having a diameter, and a guide member detachably connected to the upper end of the steel pipe in a posture surrounding the outside of the rod, and having a guide rail portion connected to the water stop portion in the connected state. and is configured to engage the water stop portions of adjacent steel pipes with the guide rail portion and guide the pipes to fit into the water stop portions connected to the guide rail portion, such a configuration. It has the following effects.

That is, a contact surface is formed on the side surface of the column row member of the retaining wall forming member to bring the adjacent column row members into close contact with each other along the longitudinal direction, so that the space between the column row members is closed. Instead of making it possible to close the column row members in a water-stop state by closely contacting them, it is possible to close the space between the column row members in a water-stop state by connecting the rib-shaped water stop parts. Therefore, there is no need to process the column row member into a special shape, and easily available steel pipes can be used as the column row member.

Moreover, since the rib-shaped water stop portions are connected by fitting into each other along the longitudinal direction, when connecting the mountain stop wall forming member to the existing mountain stop wall forming member, the water stop portions are connected to each other in the longitudinal direction. There is no need to process the shape of the guide member having the guide rail to fit into the water stop portion of the existing mountain stop wall forming member as long as the guide rail can be fixed.

In addition, since the rib-shaped water stop portions are fitted and connected to each other along the longitudinal direction, the water stop portion can be precisely positioned with respect to the existing stop wall forming member to stop water. By connecting the guide member to the steel pipe, a series of guides is formed by the guide rail part and the rib-shaped water stop part, so it can be connected to the existing stop wall forming member. Adjacent retaining wall forming members can be efficiently connected while effectively utilizing the water portion.

Furthermore, since a bar is connected to the upper end of the steel pipe, it is possible to effectively prevent strata above the groundwater layer using a small amount of material. Since it is formed to have a smaller diameter and is coaxially connected to the steel pipe, when the guide member is removed from the steel pipe, this rod also functions as a guide for removing the guide member, making it easy to remove the guide member. can be done.

Therefore, it can be manufactured at low cost as a whole, and
It has now been possible to provide a mountain retaining wall forming member that can be easily constructed and can effectively retain the mountain strata above the groundwater layer.

To configure the retaining wall forming member A, a circular shaped steel is attached to the lower end of an H-shaped steel 3 as a bar having a length extending from the ground surface (GL) side to near the water surface (WL) of the groundwater aquifer. The steel pipe 4 for the column row is fitted over an appropriate length and fixed, and the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe 4 is fixed.
Rib-shaped water stop portions 5 and 6 along the pipe axis direction and having uneven cross sections that can close the space between adjacent steel pipes 4 in a water stop state are fixed at two locations 180 degrees apart from each other. At the same time, at the upper part of the steel pipe 4, by guiding the adjacent steel pipe 4 downward along the H-shaped steel 3, the concave water stop portion 5 of the adjacent steel pipe 4 is connected to the convex water stop portion 6 of the existing steel pipe 4. A cylindrical guide member 7 having a guide rail portion 7a for joining is provided so as to be connectable and disconnectable.

In order to configure the connecting portion between the guide member 7 and the steel pipe 4, the lowering inner circumferential surface of the guide member 7 has a diameter of 180° in the circumferential direction.
At the same time, the connecting pieces 8, 8 are fixed to the two places that have been displaced by a certain degree, and the connecting pieces 8, 8 are fixed in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface of the upper end of the steel pipe 4.
At the two locations displaced by 180 degrees, the guide member 7 can be freely engaged with and disengaged from the connecting pieces 8, 8 by rotating around the 4 axes of the steel pipe, and the guide member 7 is in the engaged state. Connected pieces 9, 9 that abut and restrict extraction movement are fixed.
