Claims (1)
- 中央貫通孔を有するボス部と、ボス部の側面に
環状に設けられ内部に中央貫通孔に連通する横通
孔を備えた水平片とでなる合成樹脂製のスペーサ
の水平片の上下面に、多孔質の過膜の両面また
は片面に網体を重ねた合成樹脂でなる材の中心
孔の周縁をそれぞれ溶着するとともに、前記の二
つの材の外周縁を気密に溶着した積層型細密フ
イルタの過エレメントにおいて、網体の中心孔
周縁に水平片の外径より大径のフイルム化部分が
形成せられていることを特徴とする積層型細密フ
イルタの過エレメント。
