Claims (1)
- 中央貫通孔を有するボス部と、ボス部の側面に
環状に設けられ内部に中央貫通孔に連通する横通
孔を備えた水平片とでなる合成樹脂製のスペーサ
の水平片の上下面に、多孔質の過膜の両面また
は片面に網体を重ねた合成樹脂材料でなる材の
中心孔の周縁をそれぞれ溶着するとともに、前記
二つの材の外周縁を気密に溶着した積層型細密
フイルタの過エレメントにおいて、網体の中心
孔周縁に水平片の外径より大径のフイルム化部分
を形成し、かつ前記二つの材の間に多孔の間材
を挿入したことを特徴とする積層型フイルタの
過エレメント。
