Claims (1)
- ケース内に該ケース内室を仕切るごとく展設さ
れたダイアフラムと、樹脂材をもつて製せられそ
の内径部が互いに溶着されて前記ダイアフラムを
挾持するようになる２枚のセンタープレートとよ
りなり、前記ケース内室内を往復作動するダイア
フラム装置において、前記２枚の樹脂製センター
プレートのうちの少なくとも一方のセンタープレ
ートにおける前記ダイアフラムとの対向面を、前
記両センタープレートに挾まれた空間が外径側へ
向かつて狭隘となるごとく緩い円錐面に形成した
ことを特徴とするダイアフラム装置。
