ーブの実施例に係り、第１図はその構成の一例を
示す要部断面図、第２図は実際測定例説明用の要
部断面図、第３図は従来例の構成を示す要部断面
図である。 図中、１５はテストプローブ、１６は頭部、１
７は筒、１８は開口部、１９は外側導体、２０は
ソケツト、２１，２２，２３は中心ピン、２４，
２５は被測定物、２６は絶縁パイプ、２９は外筒
である。
ーブの実施例に係り、第１図はその構成の一例を
示す要部断面図、第２図は実際測定例説明用の要
部断面図、第３図は従来例の構成を示す要部断面
図である。 図中、１５はテストプローブ、１６は頭部、１
７は筒、１８は開口部、１９は外側導体、２０は
ソケツト、２１，２２，２３は中心ピン、２４，
２５は被測定物、２６は絶縁パイプ、２９は外筒
である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁ホルダに固定された外側導体と、該外側導
体の内側に該導体に対して絶縁された中心ピンを
含む内側導体とを有し、上記中心ピンと外側導体
とを被測定抵抗体に当てて測定を行う抵抗計のテ
ストプローブにおいて、 上記外側導体は、その端部を斜めに切断して楕
円形開口部を有するパイプ状部材からなり、上記
内側導体は、上記外側導体に対し同軸的に配設さ
れたソケツトと、上記中心ピンを軸方向へスライ
ド可能に保持し上記ソケツトに着脱可能に装着さ
れる導電性筒部材とを備えてなることを特徴とす
る抵抗計のテストプローブ。
