Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状の外部電極とこの外部電極内に同軸
    上にかつ前記外部電極に間隔をおいて配置された
    内部電極とを有し、前記外部電極と前記内部電極
    とを被測定体に当てて抵抗測定を行なう抵抗計の
    テストプローブにおいて、絶縁ホルダに前記外部
    電極が軸方向に摺動可能に支持され、前記内部電
    極は前記絶縁ホルダに固定され、前記外部電極が
    後退することにより前記内部電極が前記被測定体
    に接触することを特徴とする抵抗計のテストプロ
    ーブ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記外部電極はその下端が導電性コイルスプリン
    グの上端に固定され、このコイルスプリスグの下
    端は前記絶縁ホルダに固定された導電性の下部円
    筒導体に固定されていることを特徴とする抵抗計
    のテストプローブ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項において、
    前記外部電極は略円錐台形をしており、前記絶縁
    ホルダ内の前記外部電極用の開口もその上端から
    前記外部電極の先端を突出させる略円錐台形をし
    ており、この開口により前記外部電極が必要以上
    に突出しないように規制していることを特徴とす
    る抵抗計のテストプローブ。
