Claims (1)
- 少なくとも固体電解質部材により形成された中
空部と、該中空部に排気を導入する導入部と、前
記中空部内の排気中の酸素濃度に対応する酸素濃
度検出信号を出力する酸素濃度検出部と、前記中
空部内の酸素濃度を制御する酸素ポンプ部と、前
記酸素濃度検出信号を読み込む読込手段と、酸素
濃度と該酸素濃度が目標酸素濃度になるように設
定された制御値とを対応させて記憶する記憶手段
と、読み込まれた酸素濃度検出信号に基づいて前
記記憶手段から制御値を検索する検索手段と、検
索された制御値に基づいて前記酸素ポンプ部に制
御信号を出力する出力手段と、を備え、前記制御
信号に基づいて、排気中の酸素濃度を検出するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする内燃機関用酸素センサ
の制御装置。
