ス加工させることにより凹ませるようにしている
がこの場合二段工程となつて作業性が悪くなり、
またウエルダー成形時にパターン部分(着色部
分)のみを凹ませるには精度の極めて高い作業を
必要とし、精度が悪いと位置ずれを生じてしま
う。

末樹脂3をプラスに帯電させ、その粉末樹脂3を
静電的な吸引力により電極1面に付着させる。次
いで、その型2を同図bに示すPVCシート4上
にのせてその成形面を押圧させながら型2に通電
すると、その電極1部分が加熱されて同図cに示
されるように、PVCシート4の成形面上に凹状
パターン5がプレス加工されるとともに、電極1
先端の粉末樹脂3がその凹部内に溶着され(溶着
箇所を図中6で示す)る。

に粉末樹脂3が溶着されて着色された凹状パター
ン5が前述の場合と同様にプレス加工される。

せるようにしたもので、1度の処理過程によつて
パターン成形とその部分の着色とを同時に行なわ
せることができ、従来に比べて作業が簡単に行な
えるとともにその所要時間が短縮され、作業性の
良いパターン成形を行なわせることができるとい
う優れた利点を有している。
