う。 Conventionally, when molding colored patterns on thermoplastic materials such as PVC sheets and PE sheets, colored pigments are baked onto the sheet surface by hot stamping, but if this is done, the colored parts will disappear due to wear. If the molding surface is soft,
This expansion and contraction causes cracks in the printed pattern. Therefore, after hot stamping, the patterned area is further depressed by pressing using a mold (welder) with protrusions formed according to the pattern, but in this case, it is a two-step process and the workability is reduced. becomes worse,
Furthermore, recessing only the pattern portion (colored portion) during welder molding requires extremely high precision work, and poor precision may result in misalignment.

First, as shown in Figure a, an electrode 1 is formed to protrude in accordance with the pattern shape. The shaped mold 2 is grounded, and the powdered resin 3 as a colorant is positively charged, and the powdered resin 3 is attached to the surface of the electrode 1 by electrostatic attraction. Next, the mold 2 is placed on the PVC sheet 4 shown in Figure b, and when electricity is applied to the mold 2 while pressing the molding surface, the electrode 1 portion is heated and the PVC sheet 4 is heated as shown in Figure c. A concave pattern 5 is pressed on the molded surface of the electrode 1.
The powdered resin 3 at the tip is welded into the recess (the welded location is indicated by 6 in the figure).

Apply adhesive 8 such as glue to the tip, and then
As shown in the figure, powdered resin 3 as a colorant is attached to the adhesive 8 portion. Thereafter, when the mold 2' is placed on the PE sheet 9 shown in Figure c and welder heating or sheet heating is performed while pressing the molding surface, powdered resin 3 is formed inside as shown in Figure d. The welded and colored concave pattern 5 is pressed in the same manner as described above.

う優れた利点を有している。 As described above, in the pattern forming method according to the present invention, when pressing a concave pattern on the surface of a thermoplastic material by heat treatment using a mold in which protrusions are formed according to the pattern shape, the protrusions of the mold are Powdered resin as a coloring agent is attached to the tip, and the powdered resin is welded into the concave pattern during heat treatment. The pattern is formed and the area is colored at the same time in one treatment process. It has the excellent advantage that it is easier to perform the work than conventional methods, the time required is shortened, and pattern formation can be performed with good workability.
