본 발명은 비닐지등의 표면에 요철무늬를 성형하는데 사용하는 요철무늬 성형용 실리콘재 엠보싱로울의 무늬 성형용 요철면을 성형함에 있어서, 수지성분이 함유된 점토인 유토를 로울로 형성하여 이에 의해 무늬연결부등의 표시가 나타나지 않게끔 무늬성형용 요철면을 성형할 수 있게한 실리콘재 엠보싱로울의 요철무늬 성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래 실리콘재 엠보싱로울을 제작하기 위해 판상의 실리콘판을 연결하여 제작하므로 발생하는 연결부위와 이음새의 표시가 나고 제작의 까다로운 결점을 제거코저, 유토로울과 연동로울사이에 성형판을 진입시켜 유토로울에 요철무늬를 각입시키되 1차 무늬를 각입한 후 다시 그 무늬가 일부겹치도록 재지입시키는 방법의 반복으로서 유토로울의 전표면에 요철무늬를 형성하고 그 표면에 다시 액상 실리콘을 도포경화시켜 분리하는 방법으로 엠보싱로울 제조용 실리콘튜브를 얻게하여, 요철무늬의 연결부나 이음새가 표시나지 않는 엠보싱로울을 경제적으로 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.According to the present invention, in forming a concave-convex surface for forming a concave-convex pattern of a silicon material embossing roll used to form a concave-convex pattern on a surface of vinyl paper or the like, a clay containing a resin component is formed into a roll. 회전축심의 주면에 유토를 부착한 유토로울을 형성하여 이를 연동로울과 일정간격을 두고 연동되게끔 대향설치하고, 견본등에 액상의 실리콘수지를 도포 경화시킨 후 분리하여 요철무늬를 형성한 성형면을 형성하고, 그 이면의 주연부에 곡면 경사부를 형성한 실리콘 성형판을 형성하여, 이를 전기 연동되고 있는 유토로울과 연동로울의 간격사이로 반복 진입 시키되, 그 성형면이 유토로울의 주면을 향하게 하여 통과시켜 그 요철무늬가 유토로울에 각입되게 한 후, 재진입시에 기 각입된 무늬부와 새로 각입되는 무늬의 주연부가 일부 겹치도록 하는 방법의 반복으로서 유토로울의 전표면에 경계부의 표시없이 요철무늬를 형성한 후, 열풍으로서 유토를 경화시키고 그 표면에 다시 액상실리콘을 도포경화시켜 이를 뒤집어 분리하므로서 그 표면에 요철무늬가 성형된 엠보싱로울 제조용 실리콘튜브를 얻게함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘재 엠보싱로울의 요철무늬 성형 방법.Form a uto roll with uto attached to the main surface of the rotary shaft and install it so that it interlocks with the interlocking roll at a certain interval.
