解質部材を介して夫々ポンプ電極を配設して酸素
ポンプ部を形成する一方、前記中空部内の酸素濃
度を検出する酸素濃度検出部を備え、検出された
酸素濃度が目標濃度になるように酸素ポンプ部に
て中空部内の酸素量を制御する内燃機関の酸素セ
ンサにおいて、前記一対のポンプ電極と並列に可
変抵抗を配設したことを特徴とする内燃機関の酸
