て前記酸素濃度検出部上方に設け、かつ酸素濃度
検出部と酸素ポンプ部との間に形成される間隙部
に機関排気を導入する導入孔を有してなる内燃機
関用酸素センサにおいて、耐熱性かつ非導電性の
材料によつて所定ガス拡散速度が得られる粒径に
形成されかつ酸化還元触媒を担持した粉末を前記
間隙部内に充填したことを特徴とする内燃機関用
