記ライザー管が所要本数ずつ複数の組に分割され
、当該ライザー管に処理液を送給する送給管が前
記各組ごとに別々に接続されると共に、当該各々
の送給管に処理液が順次送給されるようになされ
ていることを特徴とするバツチ式シヤワー処理装
置。 (2) 前記各々の送給管が圧送ポンプを介装した
送給主管から開閉バルブを介して分岐され、前記
各開閉バルブを順次開閉することによつて前記送
給主管から送給された処理液が前記各々の送給管
