この発明は建築構造物のコンクリートスラブな
どに用いるPC鋼撚線の固定側定着端部の処理方

最近建築用の各種コンクリートスラブにおい
て、ひび割れ、たるみなどの防止のためPC鋼撚
線を用いてプレストレスコンクリートとすること
が多くなつている。この場合緊張するPC鋼撚線
の配置や定着部の配置などに非常に施工性と施工
精度が要求される。一般に比較的スパンの短いス
ラブにおいては、PC鋼撚線を片側緊張すること
によつてプレストレスを導入するが、この時緊張
しない側(固定側)には施工性を良くする為、予
め工場において必要な長さにPC鋼撚線を切断し
て一端に鋼製のスリーブを圧着(以下圧着グリツ
プという)したものを使用するのが通常である。
たとえば第1図に示すようにコンクリートの型枠
1内に支圧板4を置き、これに定着に切断したポ
リエチレンシースを冠せたアンボンドPC鋼撚線
2の一端に圧着グリツプ3を圧着したものを通し
て配置し、コンクリートを流し込んで固めてコン
クリートが固化してからPC鋼撚線を他端から緊
張してプレストレスを導入する方法がある。しか
し従来の方法では支圧板と圧着グリツプが一体と
なつて固定されていない為施工性が悪く、またコ
ンクリート打設中にコンクリートをつきかためる
為のバイブレーターの振動やその他の原因によつ
て支圧板の孔とPC鋼撚線の中心のずれ、あるい
は支圧板とPC鋼撚線、圧着グリツプの直角性が
悪くなる場合がある。PC鋼撚線に与える緊張力
は圧着グリツプ、支圧板を介してコンクリートに
伝えられるが支圧板、圧着グリツプなどの配置が
正確でないと緊張力を導入した時発生する定着部
での割裂応力によりコンクリート表面にひび割れ

大きな中心穴を有する支持板8を圧着グリツプの
端部に当て、先端をネジ切りした支持棒6を支圧
板4の孔に通したのちナツト7を回転して支圧板
4と支持板8を圧着グリツプ3を挟んで締めつけ
ることによつて支圧板4と圧着グリツプ3を一体
化して固定する。この場合支圧板と支持板を締め
つける支持棒としてはボルトやナツトを使用して
も良く図示の先端が曲がつた支持棒に限定される
