より合わせたPC鋼より線に、そのより線加工後、冷間
引抜加工によって塑性変形を与え、素線間の螺旋状間隙
を小さくするとともに外面を円筒面に変形させ、その端
部外周にリングを嵌着させ、然る後、そのリングを除い
た位置に転造ねじ切加工を施すことにある。

に端部に転造ねじ7を成形するようにしてもよい、この
′ようにリング8を嵌着してねじ転造加工を施すことに
より高精度のねじ加工が得られる。
