この発明は建築構造物のコンクリートスラブなどに用い
るPC鋼撚線の固定画定着端部の処理方法に関するもの

最近建築用の各種コンクリートスラブにおいて、ひび割
れ、たるみなどの防止めためPC鋼撚線を用いてプレス
トレストコンクリートとすることが多くなっている。こ
の場合緊張するPC鋼撚線の配置や定着部の配置などに
非常に施工性と施工精度が要求される。一般に比較的ス
パンの短む)スラブにおいては、PC鋼撚線を片側緊張
することによってプレストレスを導入するが、この時緊
張しない側(固定側)には施工性を良くする為、予め工
場において必要な長さにPC鋼撚線を切断して一端に鋼
製のスリーブを圧着(以下圧着グリップという)したも
のを使用するのが通常である。たとえば第1図に示すよ
うにコンクリートの型枠1内に支圧板4を置き、これに
定着に切断したポリエチレンシースを冠せたアンボンド
PC鋼撚線2の一端に圧着グリップ8を圧着したものを
通して配置し、コンクリートを流し込んで固めてコンク
リートが固化してからPCj鋼撚線を他端から緊張して
プレストレスを導入する方法がある。−しかし従来の方
法では支圧板と圧着グリップが一体となって固定されて
いない為施工性が悪く、またコンクリート打設中にコン
クリートをつきかためる為のパイブレーク−の振動やそ
の他の原因によって支圧板の孔とPC鋼撚線の中心のず
れ、あるいは支圧板とPC鋼撚線、圧着グリップの直角
性が悪くなる場合がある。PC鋼撚線に与える緊張力は
圧着グリップ、支圧板を介してコンクリートに伝えられ
るが支圧板、圧着グリップなどの配置が正確でないと緊
張力を導入した時発生する定着部での割裂応力によりコ
ンクリート表面にひび割れの発生などが生じる危険があ
