(考案の技術分野)
本考案は海苔乾燥装置に係り、殊に搬送路を搬
送される海苔簀に温風を均一に吹き上げさせるた

(従来の技術)
海苔の乾燥は、海苔簀を乾燥室内を搬送しなが

の温風を上方へ吹き上げさせることにより行われ
ている。しかしながらこのように乾燥室の下部に
送り込まれた温風は、激しい乱流状態となつて上
方へ吹き上げるため、乾燥にばらつきを生じやす
いものであり、このため例えば特公昭52−4620号
公報に示されるように、乾燥室の下部に空気整流
板を並設し、温風を均一に上方へ吹き上げさせる

整流板を並設したのみでは温風を均一に上方へ吹
き上げさせることはできず、このため乾燥のばら
つきを生じやすく、殊に乾燥室の横方向における

流板であり、図示するように各整流板9,9……
の下端部は上記開口部3から反対側へ向かつて次
第に低くなつており、かくすることにより開口部
3から送り込まれた温風を乾燥室1の横方向にお
いて均等に分割して上方へ吹き上げさせるように
している。また整流板9,9……は取り付け軸1
0,10……に矢印m方向に揺動自在に垂設され
ている(第2図も併めて参照)。各整流板9,9
……の下端部は開口部3側へわずかに屈曲する屈
曲部9a,9a……となつている。これらの屈曲
部9a,9aは、乾燥室1の下部に送り込まれた
温風をより確実にとらえるために形成されてい

かに撹拌されて上昇し、上方の搬送路6,7を搬
送される海苔簀4に展着する海苔8に当たり、こ
れらの水分を奪つた後、乾燥室1の上部開口部1

加熱室2から乾燥室1の下部に送り込まれた温風
を整流板9,9……により一旦整流した後、撹拌
板11,11……によりゆつくりと撹拌して上昇
させれば、各海苔簀4に展着する各海苔8に均一
に吹き当てることができる。各撹拌板11,11
……は定速にて常時揺動させてもよく、あるいは
揺動速度を適宜調節するようにしてもよく、更に
は時々揺動を休止させてもよく、その揺動方法は

熱室2から乾燥室1の下部に送り込まれた温風を
整流板9,9……により乾燥室1の横方向におい
て均等に分割し、更に該整流板9,9……に沿つ
て上昇させながら整流した後、撹拌板11,11
……により撹拌して、温風を搬送路6,7上の海
苔8に均一に吹き当てることができ、したがつて
海苔を均一に乾燥させることができ、殊に乾燥室
1の横方向における乾燥のばらつきをなくすこと
