Both construction methods involve constructing a semi-permanent building at the construction site, which not only makes it difficult to demolish the building, but also makes it impossible to move it to another location. Therefore, it was not possible to reuse vacant land or reuse land by replacing buildings, and there were many economic problems.

The steel frame bodies are stacked at the construction site to construct the frame of the building, furthermore, a Sakai wall with flooring and ceiling materials attached is installed between the steel frame bodies, and an outer wall is installed,
These problems can be completely solved by using the unit building construction method that constructs each floor and wall section. In other words, the means for solving the problems of the present invention are: 1. Providing a separate steel frame material to serve as the frame base material of the building; 2. Molding the steel frame material into a desired shape and size. These include: ■ juxtaposing steel frame materials and layering them in multiple layers at a construction site; and ■ simplifying the juxtaposition of steel frame materials and stone layers.

In other words, steel frame materials that match the size and shape of the building are brought to the construction site, and they are shaped like building blocks vertically, horizontally, and
By combining them upward, a desired foundation framework can be constructed. Additionally, if you want to remove or move the building, you can simply remove the steel frame.

The steel frame 2 is formed into a square or rectangular shape, and is formed into a square or rectangular shape in cross section. This is formed into such a shape in order to simplify the molding process and to facilitate transport and assembly. In addition, the steel frame material 2 was formed into a lower cross-sectional shape in 1. This is because it is lightweight and strong. The steel frame main body 1 is processed into a desired size and shape at a roughening and forming factory, and then transported to a construction site and assembled. When assembling the steel frame main body 1 at a construction site, as shown in Fig. 1, a crane or the like is used to assemble the building frame one by one vertically, horizontally, and northward to form a building frame of the desired size. conduct. In addition, when removing the framework, it can be done in the reverse order.

First, the steel frames 2 of the steel frame body 1 are set on the studs 24 L:, and the steel frames 2 of the steel frame body 1 are further stacked, and the bolts 23 are tightened. Next, the Sakai wall 20 is laid on the steel frame material 2, and the outer wall 3 is stretched. Each steel frame main body 1 is constructed by attaching the Sakai wall 20 and the outer wall 3. Once set in this way, the interior is covered with vinyl cloth 25, 27, Keikal board 26, etc. Note that (c) is a construction method for the upper part of the entrance 4, in which the steel frame 2 is fixed with an anchor board 28 and the upper surface is covered with mortar 30 via a control panel 29. As described above, each steel frame main body 1 is constructed using a simple construction method, so that assembly, removal, and movement are simple and easy.
