  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 特定の波長の光を選択的に透過させるフイル
    タ手段と、前記フイルタ手段を透過した光の強度
    を電気的信号に変える光電変換手段と、前記光電
    変換手段により電気的信号に応じて光の強度を表
    示する手段とからなる紫外光強度測定装置におい
    て、測定点より前記フイルタまでの光路として光
    フアイバーを用いたことを特徴とする紫外光強度
    測定装置。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前
    記光フアイバは測定する波長の光を１％以上透過
    することを特徴とする紫外光強度測定装置。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前
    記光フアイバとフイルタ部と光電変換部とは一体
    に形成され、その内部は真空又は窒素雰囲気とし
    、各々の接続部においては測定光のロスをなくし
    たことを特徴とする紫外光強度測定装置。
