Claims (1)
- 回転軸側に担持した回転環と機筐側に担持した
固定環を気密的に対向摺動せしめたメカニカルシ
ールにおいて、上記機筐側と固定環の二次シール
部を金属製成形ベローズを介して該固定環を軸方
向に押圧弾性付勢して構成するとともに、上記回
転環と回転軸側部材、固定環と成形ベローズ、成
形ベローズとハウジング側部材間を、それぞれ蝋
付けまたは接着剤によつて固着一体化してなるこ
とを特徴とする成形ベローズ型メカニカルシール
。
