Claims (1)
- ケーシング１と、ケーシング１に挿通されたボ
ールねじ２と、ボールねじ２のナツト４を回転駆
動するための電動モータ３とを備えた電動シリン
ダにおいて、ボールねじ２のナツト４の両端部の
うち少なくとも一方またはケーシング１における
ナツト４の両端外方位置のうち少なくとも一端外
方位置と、ボールねじ２のねじ軸５との間に、ね
じ軸５の雄ねじ５ａとねじ合う雌ねじ３２ａを有
する環状パツキン３２が、ねじ軸５にねじ合わさ
れた状態で介在しており、ナツト４の回転または
ねじ軸５の軸方向移動に伴つてパツキン３２が回
転するようになつていることを特徴とする電動シ
リンダ。
