Claims (1)
- シリンダ内を通して被処理物をスクリユーで移
送しつつ加熱する装置であつて、上記シリンダに
は長さ方向の一部に加熱部が構成され、この加熱
部のシリンダは黒鉛、炭化硅素等の耐熱誘導体で
構成され、上記加熱部はケーシングで覆われ、こ
のケーシングには導波管を介してマイクロ波発振
器が接続され、かつ加熱部のシリンダはそれ自体
の軸周りに回転可能に構成されていることを特徴
とする被処理物連続加熱供給機。
