Claims (1)
- 合成樹脂成形金型用のホツトチツプノズルのヒ
ーターに於いて、外周面が雄テーパー部を成しそ
の側壁に締め付け用の摺り割り部を形成し該側壁
の端部に締め付け螺子部を成して該ホツトチツプ
ノズルへ挿入し固定する様にした筒状取り付け金
具と、前記雄テーパー部へ挿入する内面雌テーパ
ー部を成した筒状の良熱伝導部材の内部に電気発
熱体を埋設してその外周面を前記熱伝導部材より
も熱伝導が悪い耐熱性部材で外装を成した発熱部
と、で一対の組み立て体を成し締め付け金具で該
ノズルへ固着離脱自在に構成したことを特徴とし
たノズル用ヒーター構造。
