- 誘電体層と、この誘電体層を上下から挟む２枚
の電極板と、これら電極板のそれぞれの周辺部分
において、半導体集積回路のパツケージから引出
されて下方に延在されるピンのそれぞれに接続可
能であると共に破壊によつて除去可能な端子群を
備えたことを特徴とするＩＣ用薄型コンデンサ。
