Claims (1)
- 加熱用ヒータを埋設したアルミナ基板の先端部
の一側に、所定の間隔をあけて一対の電極を並設
し、更に前記一対の電極を包覆する形でチタニア
層を積層する一方、前記加熱用ヒータ及び一対の
電極に接続するそれぞれの各通電リード線をアル
ミナ基板の基端側より取出す構成の酸素センサに
おいて、前記各ヒータ通電リード線と各電極通電
リード線の取り出し位置を交互にジグザグ状に配
置する構成としたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。
