Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (考案の利用分野、従来技術等考案の目的)本
考案はパルス燃焼装置に係るものである。従来パ
ルス燃焼室に独立して空気フラツパ弁室とガスフ
ラツパ弁室を設け、予混合室を経てパルス燃焼室
に導入する構成を採用しているパルス燃焼装置が
使用されているが、本考案はかかる従来の燃焼装
置に於いて、前記空気フラツパ弁室を合理的な構
成にしてパルス燃焼室の圧力上昇を向上させるも
のである。空気フラツパ弁は、その構成に於い
て、口径を大きくしなければ必要な空気流量を得
ることができない。そのためそれを収容するフラ
ツパ弁室も当然に大きくなる。このことは、パル
ス燃焼室の圧力変化に影響される容積が大きくな
る結果を生じ、燃焼室の圧力上昇を妨げることに
なる。本考案はかかる観点から、空気フラツパ弁
室を独特の構成にしたものである。以下図につい
て詳述すると次の通りである。(以下考案の構成、
作用)符号1は空気フラツパ弁2を具えた空気フ
ラツパ弁室であつて、該フラツパ弁室1の下流側
部分3を円錐状に構成し、該下流側部分3をガス
フラツパ弁室4と共に予混合室5を介してパルス
燃焼室6に接続する構成とする。しかして、燃焼
室6に導入されたガス、空気により瞬間燃焼が行
なわれると、その燃焼ガスは排気管7から排出さ
れるが、かかる排出と同時に燃焼室6内は負圧と
なり、その負圧の程度に応じて空気フラツパ弁室
1から空気を、またガスフラツパ弁室4からガス
を吸引し、予混合室5に於いて混合して燃焼室1
に導かれ、例えば戻りの燃焼ガスの一部によつて
着火されるか或はパルス発信器を用いた強制着火
により連続着火を繰り返す。(以下考案の効果)
以上の燃焼の際、本考案は空気フラツパ弁室1
が、前記した通り、その下流側部分が円錐状に構
成されているので、即ち空気フラツパ弁室を必要
最小限の大きさに構成してあるので、圧力変化に
影響される容積をその分だけ小さくすることがで
き、瞬間燃焼に際しての圧力上昇をより大きくす
ることができる。このことは、第2図に示す通
り、負圧の程度を格段に大きくすることができ、
また圧力上昇を大きくするという優れた利点を有
し、燃焼量の増大につながる効果を奏するもので
ある。
