Description
第１図はこの考案にしたがつて構成された電気
二重層コンデンサの一実施例を示した縦断面図、
第２図は同コンデンサ内に組込まれる引出し電極
を示した斜視図、第３図は同引出し電極の変形例
を示した斜視図、第４図は同コンデンサの等価回
路図である。 図中、１０は電気二重層コンデンサ、１１は外
装ケース、１２，１３はセル群、１４は単セル、
１５はスリーブ、１６は引出し電極、１７は第１
のリード端子、１８は端子板、１９は第２のリー
ド端子である。
二重層コンデンサの一実施例を示した縦断面図、
第２図は同コンデンサ内に組込まれる引出し電極
を示した斜視図、第３図は同引出し電極の変形例
を示した斜視図、第４図は同コンデンサの等価回
路図である。 図中、１０は電気二重層コンデンサ、１１は外
装ケース、１２，１３はセル群、１４は単セル、
１５はスリーブ、１６は引出し電極、１７は第１
のリード端子、１８は端子板、１９は第２のリー
ド端子である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電性材料からなる有底筒状の外装ケース
内に複数の単セルを積層した状態で収納し、その
各電極をリード端子を介して上記外装ケースの外
部に引き出した電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、 上記単セルを所定個数直列に積層してなる２つ
のセル群を、その同極同士を向い合わせにして上
記外装ケース内に収納し、上記セル群間に上記外
装ケースの外部に延出する第１のリード端子を有
する引出し電極を介在させるとともに、上記外装
ケースの開口部に第２のリード端子を有する端子
板を嵌着して上記各セル群の他方の電極相互を上
記外装ケースおよび端子板を介して導通したこと
を特徴とする電気二重層コンデンサ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
第１のリード端子の上記外装ケース内に位置する
部分には電気絶縁手段が設けられている電気二重
層コンデンサ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(2)において、上記
電気絶縁手段は電気絶縁材料からなる所定長さの
スリーブである電気二重層コンデンサ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(2)において、上記
電気絶縁手段は電気絶縁塗膜である電気二重層コ
ンデンサ。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
各セル群の周面には電気絶縁性のスリーブが被着
されている電気二重層コンデンサ。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
引出し電極は波板状に形成されている電気二重層
コンデンサ。 (7) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)において、上記
外装ケースの底部および上記端子板の各々には上
記各セル群の他方の電極に接触する突起が形成さ
れている電気二重層コンデンサ。
