When the boards are connected, this part collapses. This creates gaps, which has the disadvantage of reducing waterproofness and heat insulation. Another drawback was that the unevenness of the pouring portion appeared as unevenness on the surface of the board.

る。 An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of a board according to the present invention, and 1 is a surface material, as shown in FIG. 2, a rectangular decorative surface 2 and two longitudinal sides of the decorative surface 2. A main body part 5 whose cross section is formed into a cross section from two side walls 3 and 4 whose ends are bent downward, an insertion edge 6 protruding outward from the lower edge of the side wall 3, and a tip of the insertion edge 6. A male connecting portion 8 consisting of a bent tongue piece 7 and a side wall 4
An insertion groove 9 formed by bending the lower end edge inward and protruding outward again; an extension part 11 extending the lower edge 10 of the insertion groove 9 outward; and an extension part 11 formed in the middle thereof as necessary. The female connecting part 14 has a protruding ridge 12 and a tongue piece 13 formed by bending the tip of the extension part 11. To explain further, the material of the surface material 1 is a hard base material, such as a thin metal plate,
It is made of so-called colored steel plates, stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. 15 is composed of an upper layer portion 15a and a lower layer portion 15b which are separated for convenience by synthetic resin foam (hereinafter simply referred to as foam),
It mainly functions as a heat insulating material, waterproof material, moisture proof material, sound absorbing material, cushion material, vibration isolating material, and adhesive material. To explain further, the upper part 15a is the main part 5.
This is a form 15 formed in a concave portion of. Further, the lower layer portion 15b is a portion of the back surface of the upper layer portion 15a excluding the vicinity of the side wall 3 by a range of Δ and bulges downward.
6 is buried in the back surface of the extension part 11. The spacer pieces 16 are used to prevent the foam structure of the foam 15 from being destroyed and the surface material 1 from being deformed during driving of nails, etc. when constructing the board.
It is made of a hard material that can be driven into nails.
To explain further, this spacer piece 16 has a length of 50 to 100 mm and a width of 20 mm, for example, as shown in FIG.
It has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a diameter of about 50 mm and an h of about 10 to 20 mm, and is partially planted on the back surface of the extension part 11 and buried in the form 15. That is, the spacer pieces 16 are planted under the extension part 11 at intervals of a pitch P (constant or arbitrary), and each spacer piece 16 has a form 15.
is filled with. Therefore, as a board, the deterioration in insulation performance due to the small spacer pieces 16 is reduced, and the form 15 during construction is
It is possible to prevent the deterioration of insulation properties caused by the destruction of the foam structure. Furthermore, the adhesive properties of the foam 15 can be utilized to integrate the spacer pieces 16 and the surface material 1 . Reference numeral 17 denotes a relief portion, which is a portion cut out from the lower layer portion 15b over the range of Δ, and is for housing the extension portion 11. Specific examples of foam 15 include polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam, polyisocyanurate foam (including phenol and urethane modified), phenol foam, and mineral fibers (glass fiber, asbestos fiber, rock wool), carbon in these foams. These include those to which fibers, metal fibers, perlite grains, shirasu balloons, vermiculite, glass beads, etc. are added. The blending ratio of this type of additive varies depending on the purpose, but is, for example, about 5 to 200 parts by weight per 100 parts of the foam raw material. Reference numeral 18 is a sheet-like material (hereinafter simply referred to as a sheet) made of a relatively strong material, and covers two sides of the relief portion 17 and the back surface of the lower layer portion 15b. This sheet 18 mainly strengthens the board by forming it into a sandwich structure, and also functions as a waterproof material and a release paper when the foam 15 is formed. The material of the sheet 18 is one of waterproofed asbestos paper, kraft paper, synthetic resin sheet, asphalt felt, metal foil (A, Cu, Pb), or a laminate of one or more of these. It is something. Note that in the board, the sheet 18 covers the back surface of the form 15 and the relief portion 17, so the side surface of the lower layer portion 15b on the side of the female connecting portion 14 is exposed. This is to ensure that the position of the small spacer piece 16 is confirmed during construction.

Fix the female connection part 14 of board A 1 on board A 9 with nails 20, and then fix the male connection part 8 of board A 2 on board A 1.
The female connecting portion (not shown) 14 at the other end is fixed with a nail 20. in this case,
As is clear from the figure, it can be seen that the boards A 1 and A 2 can be mounted without causing deformation or destruction of the extension portion 11 and the lower layer portion 15b. Of course, the bonding strength and waterproofness of the connecting portion are greatly enhanced.
