An embodiment of the panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a main material that is impermeable and hard, for example, a thin metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate), specifically, a color steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium plate, a copper plate, an aluminum plate, or a foreign material. It is made of a certain synthetic resin plate or the like. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 1 is formed by forming a concave portion 5 from a rectangular decorative surface 2 and side walls 3 and 4 whose end edges are vertical or inclined although not shown. Moreover, the male connecting portion 6 is provided at the end of the side wall 3, and the female connecting portion 9 is provided at the end of the side wall 4. That is, the male connecting portion 6 is formed by bending the lower end edge of the side wall 3 outward to form the insertion edge 7.
Is bent to form a tongue piece 8. Also,
The female connecting portion 9 is bent inwardly in the middle of the side wall 4 and is projected outward again to form an engaging groove 10 into which the male connecting portion 6 is fitted, and a lower edge 10a of the engaging groove 10 is formed. Extension part 1 protruding outward
1 and a tongue piece 12 whose tip is bent. A core material 13 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, an adhesive, a packing material, a cushioning material, and a backing material, and fills the concave portion 5 of the main body 1 with the insertion edge 7 and the lower portion. A bulging portion 13a protruding downward from the edge 10a by H is formed over the width W. The bulging portion 13a is formed to be the same as the core material 13. Further, 14 is a recessed portion, and the width Δl thereof is determined by the length relationship between l 1 and l 2 of the male and female connecting portions 6 and 9. The material of the core material 13, for example, polyurethane foam in the form of foam, polyisocyanurate foam (including phenol-modified and urethane-modified), polystyrene foam, polyethylene foam, phenol foam simple substance, and mineral fibers (glass fiber, Asbestos fibers, rock wool), carbon fibers, metal fibers, pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, vermiculite, foams to which glass beads and the like are added. Although the compounding ratio of the seed additive varies depending on the purpose, it includes, for example, foam added with about 5 to 200 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the Forke raw material. Further, the core material 13 may be a molded body,
Preferably, it is a substance that is supplied to the concave portion 5 of the main body 1 in the raw material state and simultaneously foams and adheres. Reference numeral 15 denotes a back surface material, at least the back surface and both side surfaces of the bulging portion 13a, the surface of the bulging portion 13a protruding outward from the extension portion 11, and the hollow portion 14 of the core material 13 filled in the concave portion 5. While covering the surface of the core material 13 that is exposed when the is formed, integrally formed,
In addition, it is preferable that at least one of the front surface and the back surface where the back material 15 comes into contact with the outside air is waterproofed. This is because when dew condensation or the like occurs, this water is allowed to flow down without being stored in the backing material 15, and when water, moisture, etc. are stored in the backing material 15, a member that is in contact with the backing material 15. This is because there is a possibility that inconveniences such as rusting, corrosiveness, breakage of foam, generation of mold, and the like may occur in and around the components. In particular, the backing material 15 is mainly composed of the backing material 15 and the backing material 15 in the vicinity of both end surfaces as shown in FIG.
In the case where the metal layer 15a in contact with the metal layer 1 , especially the metal layer 15a is vapor-deposited with aluminum, the aluminum layer is partially removed. Of course, the backing material 15 and the main body 1 form a panel in a sandwich structure. The material of the backing material 15 is waterproof asbestos paper, kraft paper, synthetic resin sheet, asphalt felt, metal component, foil (Al, F
(e, Ti, Pb, Cu), or a sheet-shaped product obtained by laminating two or more of these.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, the panel A 1 is fixed on the furring strip 16 by driving a nail 17 into the female connecting portion 9. Next, the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 6 of the panel A 2 is fitted into the engaging groove 10 of the panel A 1 , and the female connecting portion (not shown) at the other end is fixed with a nail 17. Is. In this case, as the connecting portion is clear from the figure, the contact portion between the extension portion 11 and the back surface material 15, the aluminum foil existing at the contact portion between the back surface materials 15, or the metal layer 15a made of an aluminum component is removed by dew condensation or heat insulation. No performance deterioration was observed.

The above description is only one example of the panel according to the present invention, and the panel shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (o) can be formed. In addition, the refractory material can be densely distributed to the bulging portion 13a at the lower edge of the female connecting portion 9 of the panel so that the panel can pass a fireproof structure or the like.

As described above, according to the panel of the present invention, the heat insulation performance is deteriorated due to the contact between the metal layer of the back surface material and the surface material, or the contact between the metal components of the back surface material, the corrosion of the constituent materials due to dew condensation, etc.
Alternatively, it has a feature to prevent rusting. Further, since the tongue piece of the female-type connecting portion and the back surface material contact elastically, there is an advantage that vibration resistance and airtightness can be further enhanced.
