Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated plate having a printing surface excellent in smoothness, by arranging a printing film, a transparent adhesive layer and a hard coat treatment film on a substrate and performing thermal fusion between them. CONSTITUTION:A printing film 2 is placed on a substrate 1 comprising a hard vinyl chloride resin and a hard coat treatment film 4 is placed on the printing film 2 through a transparent adhesive layer 3. As the film 4, a polyester or polycarbonate resin film having high heat resistance is used. A crosslinking resin 5 is applied to the single surface of the film 4 to form a hard coat treatment surface. The film 4 is placed so that the treated surface thereof becomes outside. Subseqnetly, thermal fusion is performed between the films by hot pressing to obtain a laminated plate excellent in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and surface smoothness.
