Conventionally, this type of seat has a hanging part made of a strip of fabric sewn to the back of the upholstery, one longitudinal end of which is sewn to the back of the upholstery so that a linear hanging indentation is created in the upholstery. It was inserted into a hanging groove provided on the surface of the part, and its tip was tied to a locking member embedded in the part below the hanging groove. Therefore, in such a seat, since the interior of the seat is partitioned by the hanging portion of the skin, there is a problem in that it is not possible to install one planar electric heating element.

For this reason, the heating element must be placed only on the flat surface, avoiding the hanging parts of the skin, making it impossible to uniformly heat the seat and back contact surfaces, and it takes too much heat to heat the entire surface. Since the body must be divided into planar parts partitioned by hanging parts, the electrical wiring for the heating element becomes complicated, and the work of assembling the heating element into the seat becomes complicated.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a seat to which the present invention is applied, in which linear depressions 4 and 5 are formed on the surfaces of the seat cushion 2 and seat back 3 of the seat 1, respectively. Heat generating elements 6 and 7 according to the present invention are arranged inside the skins 2a and 3a, respectively.

The heating elements 6 and 7 are constructed as shown in FIG. That is, it is composed of a front part 30 and a rear part 31 in which flexible heating wires 13 are arranged in a meandering manner between two pieces of fabric 11 and 12, and an intermediate part 14 provided therebetween (FIG. 2). , the interval between the intermediate portions 32 is set to a width a that surrounds the circumferential surface of the elongated hanging portion consisting of the hanging wire 18 and the hanging bag 19 that form the recesses 4 and 5 in the seat cushion 2. A plurality of clip insertion holes 15 are formed in the intermediate portion 14 at intervals.

First, the heating element 6 is placed on the inner surface of the skin 2a of the seat cushion 2, and the hanging part, that is, the hanging wire 18, which loosens the intermediate part 14 at the approximate center to form the bent recess 4, is inserted into the skin 2a. It is inserted together with the hanging bag 19 into the hanging groove 21 of the pad 20 so as to surround the peripheral surface of the hanging bag 19 fixed to the body.
Next, the clip 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 15 and tightened against a locking member such as a wire 23 embedded in the patch 20 so as to pull in the suspension wire 18, whereby the skin 2a is pulled in through the suspension bag 19 and the seat cushion is secured. The recess 4 is formed on the surface of 2. Therefore, the intermediate portion 14 of the heating elements 6, 7
is the intermediate part 1 of the heating elements 6, 7 on the intermediate part of the two insertion holes 15, 15 and the extension line of the line connecting the two insertion holes 15, 15, that is, on the line shown by the dotted line in FIG.
4 is drawn into the hanging groove 21 of the part 20.
Therefore, the entire heating elements 6 and 7 can be closely attached to the surface of the pad 20 without wrinkles or the like. The heating wire 13 of the heating element 6 installed between the skin 2a and the pad 20 in this way is flat in front and rear 13 with the recess 4 sandwiched between the seats of the seat cushion 2.
a and 13b, and in this state, the connecting portion 13c of the heating wire 13 located at the intermediate portion 14 of the heating elements 6, 7 is bent together with the intermediate portion 14, but the connecting portion 13c is in a straight line. Because of its shape, it is easily bent, and the amount of heat generated from the connecting portion 13c is small, so there is no risk of adversely affecting the interior of the seat cushion 2.

The above is a case where the heating element 6 is built into the seat cushion 2, but the case where the heating element 7 is built into the seat bag 3 is carried out in exactly the same manner, so the explanation thereof will be omitted.

In addition, in the case where the seat cushion 2 and the seat back 3 are configured in a bucket shape with raised side edges as shown in the figure, the width b of the heating elements 6 and 7 can be made smaller than the width of the central part of the skins 2a and 3a. It can be built in without being affected by the hanging portions forming the recesses 4' and 5' on both sides. The lead terminal wires 16 and 17 of the heating elements 6 and 7 are led out from arbitrary locations on the seat cushion 2 and the seat bag 3 and connected to a power source inside the vehicle or the like.

(1) Since the heating element is provided with an intermediate part that surrounds the suspension part of the skin, a single large-area heating element can be attached to a seat that has a linear suspension depression on the surface of the skin. Therefore, as in the conventional product, there is no need to arrange a large number of small-area heating elements between the parts separated by the hanging parts of the skin and the skin, which makes the wiring for the seat complicated. There is no problem, and the installation work of the heating element does not become complicated.

(2) The front and rear ends of one large-area heating element are fixed to the back surface of the skin, and the intermediate part between the front and rear parts is fixed in the seat together with the hanging part of the skin. Since it is fixed to the member, the heating element does not shift in the front, rear, left and right directions even after long-term use of the seat. In addition, a plurality of insertion holes are drilled in the middle part of the heating element, and a part of the hanging part is passed through these insertion holes and fixed with a clip to the locking member in the part, so that the heating element is not suspended. It will not be damaged by being fastened with a clip at the end. In addition, by fixing the hanging part to the locking member with a clip, the middle part of the heating element is pulled together with the hanging part into the suspension groove of the part by the suspension wire in the hanging part, so the heating element The whole part has wrinkles on the surface,
It can be adhered tightly without causing any sagging. Therefore, the sitting comfort is not impaired, and the heating efficiency of the heating element allows for comfortable use.

(3) Since the middle part of the heating element is provided with a connecting part consisting of heat generating wires that connects the front and rear heat generating wires in a straight line, the middle part bends due to the load of the occupant.
Durability is improved because there is no overlap or breakage, and there are no heating wires arranged in a meandering manner at the front and rear parts of the joint.
No foreign body sensation occurs. Furthermore, the heating wire can be mechanically tied to the locking member without damaging it, thereby improving workability.
