Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the difference in level and gap between a door windshield pane and a vehicle body to make them flush with each other, by integrally molding an edge frame part with the support frame part of a sash, and by engaging the edge frame part, slidably with the guide part of the sash. CONSTITUTION:A sash 5 is composed of a support frame part 6, a guide part 8 and an edge frame part 7. This support frame part 6 is a U-like shape, in the side view, in which the upper end of short-cylinder shape front and rear leg parts 6a, 6b are coupled with each other through the intermediary of a lateral side part 6c, and is located nearer to the passenger's compartment than a door windshield pane 4. A guide part 8 is an L-like cross-sectioned shape, being laid from the inner peripheral edge of the support frame part 6 to the outside of the vehicle body, and is located between the door windshield pane 4 and the support frame part 6 so that the guide part 8 forms a guide groove 8a together with the outer surface of the support frame part 6. A guide shoe 15 may slide along the guide groove 8a of the sash 5.

In the vehicle door sash structure according to the present invention, since the support frame of the sash is located on the inside of the door glass, the position of the door glass in the vehicle width direction can be freely selected to reduce the height difference between the door glass and the vehicle body. Furthermore, since the gap between the satchel and the door opening is covered flush with the edge frame, it is possible to greatly improve the appearance of a franchise surface. In addition, since the guide member is elongated vertically along the edge of the door glass and in turn along the front and rear legs of the satchel, the engagement between the door glass and the guide member is ensured, and there is no looseness between the two. can be prevented.

In the structure of this embodiment, the support frame part 6 and guide part 8 of the sash 5 are located on the inside of the vehicle compared to the door glass 4, so it is easy to make the door glass 4 flush with the outer surface of the body 1a. Furthermore, the gap between the door glass 4 and the door opening 1b is covered by a horizontal side 7a of the edge frame 7 which is flush with these.
As a result, the flush surface around the door can be greatly improved. Further, the guide member 10.11 of the door glass 4 has a vertically elongated shape, and the guide shoe 15 of the guide member 10.11 is slidably engaged with the guide groove 8a without any gap. Therefore, rattling does not occur between the door glass 4 and the shutter 5.

As described above, according to the vehicle door sash structure according to the present invention, the support frame portion and the guide portion of the sash are disposed on the inside of the vehicle interior from the door glass, and the support frame portion is provided between the door glass and the door opening. In addition to integrally forming the edge frame that covers the gap flush, a vertically long guide member is fixed to the door glass, and this is slidably engaged with the guide part of the sash, so that the connection between the door glass and the vehicle body is improved. This has the effect of improving flush surface design by reducing steps and gaps, and also ensures that the door glass and the sash are held together, thereby preventing rattling between them.
