Claims (1)
- 位置決めされた試料を載せた円盤と、試料及び
上記円盤を位置決めする基準面と、基準面を固定
する本体より成る試料カセツトにおいて、前記本
体に固定された板ばねと、その板ばねを介して、
前記円盤及び試料を前記本体及び前記基準面に押
し付ける手段を設けたことを特徴とする試料カセ
ツト。
