ズル、２２……駆動シリンダ。

- ウエハ収納用カセツトを把持するチヤツクが進
退する水洗槽の開口部付近に、前記チヤツク方向
に洗浄水を噴出する洗浄用シヤワーノズルおよび
乾燥空気を噴出する乾燥用シヤワーノズルを、チ
ヤツクに対して移動自在に設けたことを特徴とす
るチヤツク洗浄装置。
