を配設し、更にその上方に多数の小孔を穿つた金
属板例えばパンチングメタルからなる均熱板6を

気管11は本体2に形成された排気通路12に連
通する。排気通路12には該通路の開口面積を増
減し得る排気調整板13が設けられる。尚、排気
孔10は孔数及び孔径の増減のみならず、大きな
開口と小さな開口とからなる単一の排気孔として
も良い。要するに開口総面積が中央において大き
く、周辺部において小さく形成し、排気量を中央
において多量に周辺部において小量とすることが
