する装置は、例えば、実公昭50−1875号公報など
によつて提案されている。

いる。更にこの先行技術のように、挟持体を構成
する金属バネでは、基板巾の変化に対応できる範
囲には限度があり、従つて、第1図に示すハンド
ル操作による一方の無端体の以降操作をフルに活
用しなければならない作業上の不便があつた。第
1図は従来技術の要部を示し、1は無端体、2は
挟持体、3は無端体操作機構である。

のような構成では、バネの弾力に抗して基板挟持
部が無端体の搬送方向と直交する方向に移動する
こと、および、基板挟持部が爪構造であることか
ら、基板の両端縁を基板挟持部に抱持させるとき
に、基板の端面が基板挟持部に当接し、円滑に挟
持させることができないという課題があるし、基
板巾の変化によりハンドル操作によつて一方の無
端体の移動調整しなければならないという課題の
解決には至つていない。

もたせたプリント配線基板の移送装置において、
上記無端体のアタツチメント32の下部に軸杆3
3を垂設し、この軸杆33の下端に、水平挟持体
34の一端を回動可能に軸着するとともに、この
水平挟持体34に、上記軸杆33に一端を固定
し、かつ、巻回したスパイラル発条35の他端を
固定させ、更に、上記挟持体34の外側端に、下
端にV溝付ローラ36を水平に設けた軸杆37を
垂設したことを特徴とするものである。

挟持部の移動範囲を著しく大きく調節すること
ができ、大巾な間隔調整以外は、基板挟持部の
移動調整によつてまかないうるばかりでなく、
高温雰囲気中におかれることにより挟持体の弾
性の脆化を来し、耐用年数が短縮されることが
ないとともに、単なるバネの交換のみで足りる
ため経済的効果は大きいことは勿論のこと、 (b) 介入するプリント配線基板の端縁がV溝付ロ
ーラに当接し、軸杆を介して水平挟持体をスパ
イラル発条に抗して回動させることと、V溝付
ローラの回転作用によつてプリント配線基板の
両側縁部は円滑にV溝内に誘導挟持せしめられ
る。従つて従来技術のように、介入するプリン
ト基板の端縁が挟持体に当接して挟持できなか
つたり、この挟持体を破損したりすることがな
いばかりか、ハンドル操作による一方の無端体
の移動調整の煩雑さがなく、巾寸法の異なるプ
リント配線基板が自由に挟持搬送しうるなど優
れた特長がある。
