本発明は、IC用リードフレームの如き帯状フィルム材の搬送用ガイド具及びそれを用いた搬送装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、フィルム材が処理される工程では、フィルム材が巻き出されてから巻き取られるまでの間に、直線に近い搬送を行う部分がある。それは、例えば、フィルム材の一面又は両面に塗布や張り付けを行ない、乾燥や熱処理を行なう部分等である。この場合、ガイドなしの直線搬送では、処理空間が長いとフィルム材の垂れ下がりや、ばたつき、ねじれ等が生じ易くなる。

そこで、従来からフィルム材の両側縁をコの字型のガイドやガイドレールに入れて搬送する方式や、鍔付きガイドローラーを用いる方法が一般的であるが、この場合には、ガイド自体がフィルム材の蛇行の力に抗するべく保持されているため、薄くて弱いフィルム材に対しては、蛇行が生じようとする度にフィルム材の側端面やその周辺に変形が起こり塑性変形してしまったり、フィルム材の中心部付近に撓みが生じたまま硬化処理されてしまうようなダメージを与え易い。

また、空気や磁気による浮上装置を用いてフィルム材の垂れ下がりを防ぐ方式の場合には、上記の如きダメージは起こり難いが、フィルム材への処理作業が限定され、装置の構造や制御方式も複雑化して装置費用が増大してしまうという問題がある。

また、チェーン搬送でフィルム材の両側縁をニップする搬送方式の場合には、テンシヨンや消耗度合いでチェーンの伸びが変化してくるため、途中でニップしたフィルム材に変形が生じ易く、メンテナンスの手間も掛かるという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記の如き従来技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、搬送されるフィルム材の側縁部やその周辺にダメージを与えず、且つ軌道を一定範囲に確保して、安定搬送を行なうことが出来るフィルム材の搬送装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明によるフィルム材搬送ガイド具は、搬送されるフィルム材を通過させ得るように取り囲んでフィルム搬送路上に固定配置されるべきフレームを備え、また該フレームに前記フィルム材の幅方向に移動可能に装架されていて前記フィルム材の両側縁の各側面と上下面とをガイド支持する一対のガイドと、前記一対のガイド間に横架され前記一対のガイドの移動に伴い同様に移動するようにした軸に設けられて前記フィルム材の下面に転接する少なくとも一つのローラーとを備えていて、前記フィルム材が蛇行した時には前記一対のガイドと前記軸がこれに追従移動して前記フィルム材の両側縁の変形を防ぐと共に、該フィルム材を正規の走行軌道へ復元させ得るように構成されている。

また、本発明のフィルム材搬送ガイド治具は、搬送されるべき帯状のフィルム材の両側縁の各側面と上下面とをガイド支持するコの字状切込みを有する一対のガイドと、前記一対のガイド間に横架された軸にワッシャーにより挟まれて前記フィルム材の下面に転接するように回転可能に装架されたローラーと、前記一対のガイドの下端を所定の間隔をおいて支持するように前記軸の下方に設けられたガイドベース板と、前記フィルム材を通過させ得るように前記一対のガイドと前記ガイドベース板から成る組立体を取り囲んでフィルム搬送路上に固定配置されるべきフレームと、各上端部が前記フレームの隔置された頂部に夫々軸により枢着されまた各下端部が夫々軸とワッシャーにより前記ガイドベース板各端部に夫々枢着されているアームとにより構成され、前記フィルム材が蛇行した時には前記一対のガイドと前記軸がこれに追従移動して前記フィルム材の両側縁の変形を防ぐと共に、該フィルム材を正規の走行軌道へ復元させ得るようにしている。

また、上記目的を達成するため、本発明によるフィルム材の搬送装置は、前記フィルム材の巻出し装置と巻取り装置との間に形成される直線的搬送軌道上に、少なくとも一つの上記フィルム材搬送ガイド具を配置して成っている。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図示した実施例に基づき説明する。図1は本発明に係るフィルム材搬送ガイド具の一実施例の正面図、図2は図1の右側面図、図3は本発明に係るフィルム材搬送装置の一実施例の概略構成図である。

図中、1は搬送されるべき帯状のフィルム材、2はフィルム材1の両側縁の各側面と上下面とをガイド支持するコの字状切込みを有する一対のガイド、3は一対のガイド2,2間に横架された軸5にワッシャー4,4により挟まれてフィルム材1の下面に転接するように回転可能に装架されたローラー、6はガイド2,2を所定の間隔をおいて支持するガイドベース板、7はフィルム材1を通過させ得るように一対のガイド2,2とガイドベース板6から成る組立体を取り囲んでフィルム搬送路上に固定配置されるべきフレーム、8は各一端部が軸10とワッシャー11によりガイドベース板8の各端部に夫々枢着されたアーム9,9の各他端部をフレーム7の隔置された頂部に夫々枢着するための軸であって、これらは本発明に係るフィルム材搬送ガイド具12を構成している。

また、巻出しから巻取りまでの間のフィルム材1の直線的軌道に、図3に示す如く複数のフィルム材搬送ガイド具12を並べて配置することにより、低い張力でもフィルム材の下方への垂れ下がりを少なく抑えたフィルム搬送が可能となり、且つ各ガイド2と蛇行したフィルム材間に生じた抗力も上記説明から明らかな如く低レベルで済むため、処理工程で通常直線的搬送の入口と搬送出口間に設定された張力による軌道保持効果を低く抑えることが出来るので、より低い張力で蛇行によるフィルム材1の変形ダメージの影響を避けた搬送が可能になる。

上述の如く本発明によれば、搬送中蛇行があってもそれによるフィルム材の損傷を回避することができ、且つ、フィルム材の安定走行を実現し得るフィルム材搬送ガイド具及びそれを用いたフィルム材の搬送装置を提供することが出来る。
