本発明は粉材移送管に附着した粉材原料を清掃
除去する装置に関するものである。

最近は小麦その他の粒体までも空気圧で移送管
中を輸送することが行われているが、これらの
粉、粒体は湿気や移送管の屈曲部、継目部、段差
部等によつて移送管に附着して管径を縮め移送能
率を低下したり、カビ発生の原因となつたりする
ために、定期的に移送管を小区間毎に分解して清
掃しているのが現状であり、その分解着脱操作が
極めて面倒であると共に多大の労力を要している
のが実状である。 一方、移送管内にその管壁に密接するように受
圧体を挿入してこれを圧力水で圧送して、移送管
に附着した原料を除去清掃することが実公昭58−
45832号公報や特開昭52−100754号公報で知られ
ているが、このような受圧体の圧送による払拭清
掃だけでは移送管の接続部のパツキング部分、段
差のある部分、或は歪み又は摩耗等によつてでき
た凹み部分等に附着した粉材原料を確実に除去清
掃することは未だできない欠陥があり、また移送
管の屈曲部においては受圧体が屈曲部小径側の壁
面に密着せず、この部分の附着原料を確実に除去
するのが極めて困難なのが現状である。

本発明はこのような欠陥を改善するようにした
ものであつて、弾性受圧体の前後部に夫々弾性頚
部を介して周面に噴射孔を有する球状噴射体を球
状弾性案内体とを連結して原料移送管内に嵌合す
ると共に該原料移送管の基部を圧力水供給装置に
連結し、また前記噴射孔は球状弾性案内体及び弾
性頚部を貫通するパイプを介して原料移送管の基
部に摺動自在に挿通した洗滌水供給パイプと連結
したことを要旨とするものである。 本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、
粉、粒体等の原料移送管1の基端部に取付管2を
着脱自在に装着し、該取付管2内には前後の周面
に噴射孔3′を有する球状噴射体3と中央部の弾
性受圧体4と後部の球状弾性案内体5とこれらの
間を夫々連結する弾性頚部6とから形成された圧
送具7が嵌合されており、前記球状噴射体3と球
状弾性案内体5は夫々原料移送管1の内径より小
径に形成されていると共に弾性受圧体4の後部に
形成された受圧凹部4′の径は原料移送管1の内
径より稍々大径に形成され、更に球状噴射体3の
噴射孔3′基部から案内体5の後端まで可撓性パ
イプ8が貫通嵌着されている。 また取付管2の基部には圧力水供給装置9に連
通している圧力水供給管10を設けた取付蓋体1
1が着脱自在に装着されていると共に該取付蓋体
11の後端に水密で摺動自在に挿通された洗滌水
供給パイプ12は前記可撓性パイプ8に着脱自在
に連結されており、更に前記原料移送管1の先端
部には前端部を狭搾した取出管13が着脱自在に
装着されている。 なお図中14は原料収容タンク、15は原料を
搬送する処理容器である。 本発明実施例は上記のように構成されているか
ら、原料移送管1の清掃をするには、その基部に
取付管2を、先端部に取出管13を夫々装着した
後、圧力水供給装置9から高圧の圧力水供給する
一方、洗滌水を洗滌水供給パイプ12から送水す

13を原料移送管1より取出すものであり、特に
原料移送管1の屈曲部においては、弾性受圧体4
は弾性頚部6,6を介して球状噴射体3と球状弾
性案内体5により前後から略均等の力で屈曲され
てその受圧凹陥部4′は屈曲部小径側の壁面にも
確実に密接して払拭除去作用するものである。 なお上記実施例は移送管1に取付管2及び取出
管13を装着しているが、これらは必ずしも必要
でなく、例えば原料移送管1の基端に直接取付蓋
11を装着することもでき、また清掃後原料移送
管1の何れかに熱風発生器を連結して熱風を送り
込み原料移送管1内を積極的に乾燥すると一層好
適であり、また洗滌水には殺菌剤を混入したり、
粉材の溶解剤を混合することもできる。

して原料移送管内に附着した粉材を払拭除去する
に当り、予め球状噴射体から洗滌水を原料移送管
に噴射して粉材を水洗洗滌した後弾性受圧体で払
拭するようにしたので、粉材は洗滌水による噴射
溶解及び洗滌作用と弾性受圧体による払拭除去作
用とで壁面から円滑確実に除去清掃できると共に
弾性受圧体は原料移送管の屈曲部においても前後
の球状噴射体と球状弾性案内体により弾性頚部を
介して略均等に屈曲されて原料移送管の屈曲部の
小径側壁面に確実に密着しながら圧送されて払拭
除去を確実に行うことができ、従つて附着した粉
材原料を原料移送管を分解することなく能率良く
清掃できる優れた特徴を有するものである。
