置において、機関が停止しているか否かを判別す
る機関停止判別手段と、ステツプモータの励磁状
態が1相励磁状態であるか否かを判別する励磁状
態判別手段とを具備し、機関停止判別手段および
励磁状態判別手段の判別結果に基いて機関が停止
しているときには1相励磁状態でもつてステツプ
モータを静止せしめるようにした内燃機関のスロ
