あつて、アイドル運転時の吸気量を増量するアイ
ドル吸気量増量手段と、エンジン回転数を検出す
る回転数検出手段と、電気負荷を検出する電気負
荷検出手段と、これら検出手段の出力に基づき、
エンジン回転数が上記設定値以下となつた状態が
所定時間持続したときに上記アイドル吸気量増量
手段を作動させる制御手段とを備えたことを特徴
