態判定手段と、該手段により低速・低回転領域と
判定された時に、低開度域で前記第2吸気絞弁を
前記第1吸気絞弁より小なる開度で開きかつ所定
開度以上で全開させると共に、低速・低回転以外
の領域と判定された時に、第2吸気絞弁を全開さ
せるべく前記モータの駆動を制御する制御手段と
、を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の吸気絞弁
