状態に応じて開閉されるガバナーバルブとを、上
記スロツトルバルブが吸気上流側に位置するよう
にしてそれぞれ配置したエンジンにおいて、上記
スロツトルバルブとガバナーバルブの開度を、該
スロツトルバルブの最小開度がガバナーバルブの
よれよりも大きくなりまた上記スロツトルバルブ
の最大開度がガバナーバルブのそれよりも小さく
なるようにそれぞれ相対的に設定し、さらに上記
ガバナーバルブをモータによつて駆動せしめる如
くするとともに、スロツトルバルブの最小開度及
び最大開度を検出するスロツトルバルブ開度検出
手段とエンジン回転数を検出するエンジン回転数
検出手段とを設け、上記モータをエンジン回転数
