Claims (1)
- 本体に支持された砥石軸上下モータによつて上
下させられる砥石軸上下の位置を検出するよう砥
石軸に隣接して配置された砥石軸位置検出器と、
前記検出器からの信号を計数するカウンタと、カ
ウンタからの信号を入力して記憶装置に記憶させ
るコンピユータと、砥石軸の砥石と被研削物の接
触を検出するよう砥石軸又は被加工物に隣接して
配置されたＡＥセンサと、ＡＥセンサからの信号
を入力して予め設定した接触検出レベルを判別す
るコンパレータと、コンパレータからの接触検出
レベル検出信号を入力したときに前記カウンタか
らの信号を記憶させるよう指示しかつ前記カウン
タからの信号を砥石の加工基準位置として砥石軸
上下モータを制御する溝入れ加工機用コントロー
ラと、を有することを特徴とする溝入れ加工機。
