ている。 In recent years, there have been many accidents involving pedestrians involving freight vehicles, especially when making left turns, and as a countermeasure, as shown in Figure 1, the door on the left side of the driver's cab, i.e. in normal right-hand drive vehicles, is closed to pedestrians. For example, the technology for forming see-through windows on side doors was developed in 1983.
This is shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 163219 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 110008/1983.

A see-through window 2 is formed in the door 1 on the side opposite to the driver, and a transparent plate, that is, a glass plate 4 is fitted into the see-through window 2 with a weather strip 3 interposed therebetween. A protection rod 5 is provided on the driver's seat side of the glass plate 4 of the see-through window 2 in order to protect the occupants in the event of an accident, relieve psychological anxiety, and reinforce the door itself. This door 1 has an outer panel 6, an inner panel 7,
It consists of an inner lining 8 provided inside the inner panel 7. 9 in the figure is the floor surface.

However, if the viewing window 2 is quite close to the floor 9, as shown in FIG. There was a risk that the glass plate 4 would be damaged if the glass plate 4 moved when the vehicle turned. Furthermore, since the straight line connecting the driver's eye point 12 and the protection bar 5 passes through the see-through window 2, the protection bar 5 itself obstructs the driver's view. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to prevent the transparent plate of the transparent window from being damaged even if the transparent window is kicked by a shoe or an object is moved while placed on the floor, and the transparency is improved. Our goal is to provide quality lorry doors.

Therefore, the protection rod is located close to the floor surface, and even if the protection rod is kicked by shoes or objects on the floor are moved, the protection rod can prevent damage to the transparent plate of the see-through window. Since the protective bar does not enter the area connecting the driver's eye point and the viewing window, visibility is improved.

is provided laterally below the straight line connecting the lower edge 13 of the opening of the see-through window 2 and the driver's eye point 12. As shown in FIG. 5, both ends of the protection rod 5' are made into a flat shape and are brought into contact with the inside of the lining 8, and bolts 14 are inserted through both ends of the protection rod 5', the lining 8, and the inner panel 7. By tightening and fixing this bolt 14 to a nut 15 welded to the inner surface of the inner panel 7, the protection rod 5' is attached to the driver's seat side of the transparent window 2.

保護棒5′によつて視界が妨げられることはない。 Therefore, the protection rod 5' is located quite close to the floor surface 9, and even if you get kicked by a shoe or something on the floor surface 9 moves when the vehicle turns, the protection rod 5' will protect you. As a result, collision with the glass plate 4 can be prevented, and the glass plate 4 can be protected.
Also, since the protective rod 5' does not enter the field of vision connecting the driver's eye point 12 and the opening of the transparent window 2,
The view is not obstructed by the protective rod 5'.

る。 As described above, according to the present invention, the protective rod is provided below the straight line connecting the lower edge of the opening of the see-through window and the driver's eye point, so that transparent plates such as glass plates can be protected from scratches caused by kicking with shoes. Damage can be prevented and transparency can be improved.
