に接続され、供給液体に圧力をかけて共振板2に
液体をぶつけるようにしている。ここで、超音波
振動体1は圧電振動子4に曲り振動をさせ、この

振動体系を一致させるようにしている。この場

らに金属固定板12が支持溝10から外れないよ
うに弾性をもつ止め輪13が支持溝10に嵌込ま
