[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an improvement in wall panels for simple structures such as prefabricated storage sheds, and more specifically, to a structure in which a plurality of mountain strips 3, 4 are bent at approximately equal intervals in the horizontal direction of an interior wall steel plate 1 and an exterior wall steel plate 2 over the entire vertical length, with the mountain strips 3, 4 facing inward and the mountain strips 4 of the exterior wall steel plate 2 shifted horizontally relative to the mountain strips 3 of the interior wall steel plate 1, so that the interior wall steel plate 1 and the exterior wall steel plate 2 are overlapped, and
and a heat insulating space 5 is formed between the exterior wall steel plate 2,
This relates to a wall panel of a simple structure such as a prefabricated storage shed, in which an outflow ventilation hole 6 is drilled in the exterior wall steel plate 2 at the top of the insulation space 5, and an inflow ventilation hole 7 is drilled in the interior wall steel plate 1 at the bottom of the insulation space 5.

In the case of wall panels of conventional simple structures, a single bent copper plate, slate, plywood, etc. having heat insulating properties have been used. However, in the former case, the temperature inside the structure becomes high due to temperature increase due to solar heat, and in the latter case, there is a problem that the material strength is poor and the cost is high.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to have heat insulation properties even when strong steel plates are used as the material, and to utilize solar heat for ventilation within the structure. To provide a wall panel for a simple construction such as a prefabricated storage shed, which can be forcibly constructed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on examples. 1
is a steel plate for inner walls, and a plurality of ridges 3 are protrudingly curved at approximately equal intervals in the lateral direction and over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the width of the ridges 3 is as follows. The length is smaller than the length between the ridges 3, and engaging portions 8 are curved on both sides of the inner wall steel plate 1. Reference numeral 2 denotes a steel plate for exterior walls, and a plurality of ridge portions 4 are protrudingly curved at approximately equal intervals in the horizontal direction and over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the width of the ridge portions 4 is is smaller than the length between the ridges 4, and the ridges 4 are protruded from a portion slightly shifted laterally from the ridges 3 of the inner wall steel plate 1, but the cross-sectional shape is are the same, and engaged portions 9 are formed on both sides of the outer wall steel plate 2. Then, when the steel plate 1 for the inner wall and the steel plate 2 for the outer wall are placed one on top of the other with the ridge portions 3 and 4 inside, and the engaging portion 8 is engaged with the engaged portion 9, the ridge portions 3 and 4 are displaced. A plurality of heat insulation cavities 5 are formed between the inner wall steel plate 1 and the outer wall steel plate 2. A slit-shaped outflow vent 6 is bored in the outer wall steel plate 2 above each heat-insulating space 5.
An inflow ventilation hole 7 is bored in the lower inner wall steel plate 1. The wall panel A constructed as described above is used as an outer wall and is installed between the base 10 and the upper support 11 as shown in FIG. When it hits the wall panel A, the air in the insulation space 5 is warmed by solar heat and flows out from the outflow ventilation hole 6, while the indoor air flows into the insulation space 5 through the inflow ventilation hole 7. As a result, indoor air is forced to be ventilated by solar heat. 12 is the floor.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is made of steel plate, and the mountain striations serve as reinforcing ribs to improve strength, and the insulation cavity also has a heat insulation effect. This has the effect that indoor air is forced to escape from the inflow ventilation hole through the insulating space through the inflow ventilation hole and outside through the outflow ventilation hole, thereby providing ventilation.
