DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an air cycle house, in which an air cycle space 3 is provided between an inner wall 1 and an outer wall 2.
In an air cycle house in which an attic space 4 and an underfloor space 5 are communicated with each other, grooves 7 extending vertically are provided on the surface of a heat insulating board 6 made of a synthetic resin foam having a closed cell structure. A board 8 wider than the heat insulating board 6 is attached, the parts of the board 8 that protrude from the heat insulating board 6 at both ends are fixed pieces 9, and the heat insulating board 6 is fitted between the pillars 10, and the fixed piece 9 is attached to the pillar 1.
This relates to an air cycle house characterized in that the air cycle space is fixed to the surface of the house and is surrounded by grooves 7 and plate members 8 as an air cycle space.

An air cycle house is a space with a thickness of, for example, 10 to 20 mm between the inner wall 1 and outer wall 2 of the building, which is used as an air cycle space 3.
In the winter, the heat stored in the attic space 4 is passed through the air cycle space 3 to keep the inside of the wall warm, and warm air is guided to the underfloor space 5 to keep the underfloor warm. The cold air in the space is raised to the attic space 4 while cooling the inside of the wall through the air cycle space 3, and only hot air is released.

By the way, in the above-mentioned air cycle house, when glass wool is filled between the inner wall 1 and the outer wall 2 as a heat insulating material, when the humid air under the floor circulates and passes through the wall, the humid air is absorbed by the glass wool. There is a problem that moist air enters the glass wool and deteriorates its inherent insulation properties, and condensation occurs inside the walls.Furthermore, in air cycle houses, the air cycle inside the walls deteriorates. Although the purpose is to provide a space to connect the attic space 4 and the underfloor space 5 to circulate air, the air flow is improved by filling glass wool between the outer wall 2 and the inner wall 1. is blocked,
It no longer works as an air cycle system.

Therefore, there is currently a demand for an air cycle house that does not reduce the insulation properties due to condensation or the like even if heat insulating material is provided inside the walls, and does not block the flow of air.

The purpose of the present invention is to attach a board material to a heat insulating board and make the space surrounded by the four strips and the board material an air cycle space, so that air can flow smoothly, and the heat insulating board can be made of independent foam. Since the structure is made of synthetic resin foam, moisture does not enter the interior and the insulation properties do not deteriorate.Furthermore, the width of the board is wider than the insulation board, and both ends of the board are fixed pieces, making the insulation board To provide an air cycle house in which a heat insulating board can be easily installed by fixing a fixing piece to a pillar when installing the board, and the board can be used as an outer wall as it is.

本発明を以下実施例により詳述する。The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

Here, the width of the heat insulating board 6 is approximately equal to the distance between the pillars 10 of the air cycle house, for example, 450 mm, and the protruding length of the fixed piece 9 is approximately ten times the width of the pillars 10.・Furthermore, the thickness of the heat insulating material 6 is approximately equal to the width of the pillar 10.

In the figure, 1 is the inner wall. In the present invention, as described above, a plate material is attached to the heat insulating board and the space surrounded by the four strips and the board material is used as an air cycle space, so the heat insulating board is arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall. However, the air flow can be done smoothly,
As a result, it is possible to prevent condensation from forming within the walls, and also to circulate air between the attic space and the underfloor space, resulting in a good air cycle effect.Furthermore, the insulation board is made of a closed-cell foam structure. Since it is made of resin foam, moisture does not enter inside and the insulation effect does not deteriorate.Furthermore, the width of the board is made one inch wider than the insulation board, and both ends of the board are used as fixing pieces. Since it is fixed to the surface of the pillar, it has the advantage that the insulation board with air cycle space can be installed easily by simply placing the insulation board between the pillars and fixing the fixing piece to the pillar. Since the fixed pieces are fixed to the surface of the pillar, the plate material can be used as an exterior wall as is, making construction even easier.
