However, although the above-mentioned glass wool and plastic foam have excellent insulation properties, they have poor moisture permeability and have little or no humidity control function, so they tend to trap moisture inside the wall and cause internal condensation. It had the following drawback.

In this wall structure, the inner wall component 1 is fixed to the inner side of the studs and columns 8 via the horizontal rim 9, and the outer wall base material 2 is fixed to the outer side so that the wood fiber board 3 is located on the inner side. , an outer wall component 7 is attached on an outer wall base material 2. Furthermore, a heat insulating material 10 is filled between the inner wall component 1 and the outer wall base material 2.

In the wall structure having the above configuration, indoor 1
The moisture generated in step 6 enters the wall body through the inner wall component 1 and the like, and then enters the grooves 4 and 5 through the wood fiberboard that constitutes the outer wall base material 2. The air flowing into the grooves 4 and 5 is discharged to the outside through the attic 13.
In this way, the moisture that enters the grooves 4 and 5 is
There is no condensation inside the wall because the dehumidification is gradually diffused.

In addition, it is possible to prevent the heat insulating material 10 such as glass wool from containing a large amount of moisture and water, which significantly impairs its heat insulating properties, due to the reduction in moisture within the wall. Since the shaped body 6 itself is made of a material with excellent heat insulation properties, the heat insulation properties of the wall body can be further improved.

In addition, the above-mentioned exterior wall base material may be formed by forming grooves in a wood fiberboard or plastic foam board and gluing the two together, or it is also possible to construct each board by applying grooves to the wood fiberboard or plastic foam board, or by attaching each board to the construction material. It is also possible to construct the outer wall base material by laminating them together at the site so that the grooves are located on the inside.

As is clear from the above explanation, the wall structure of the present invention has an inner wall component on the inside of the studs and columns, an outer wall base material on the outside, and an outer wall component on the outside of the outer wall base material. It has a humidity control function by providing ventilated grooves from the lower part of the wall to the upper part of the wall in the outer wall base material, so the moisture inside the wall is diffused and dehumidified. It is possible to prevent dew condensation from occurring within the wall.

In particular, even when the humidity is high, the plastic foam plate can prevent moisture in the grooves from condensing and freezing, and is effective in preventing deterioration of insulation properties due to freezing.

Therefore, the wall structure of the present invention, especially in buildings in cold regions where there is a large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor air, prevents condensed water from accumulating moisture inside the wall and causing the wall components to rot or corrode. This can improve the durability of the wall.
