In particular, in the case of a wooden building, the walls, floors, and ceilings must all have an insulating structure to sufficiently block the release of heat from inside the building or the inflow of heat from outside.

Conventionally, to insulate the ceiling surface, glass wool is often placed on the top of the ceiling board in each room, but the hanging wood gets in the way and it is not easy to lay it without any gaps. Not only are cut-outs required, but each room generally has a different ceiling height, making it impossible to insulate the upper part of the room with a continuous series of insulation materials. The construction was complicated, as vertical insulation materials had to be placed along the sections, and it was not possible to achieve a simple structure and sufficient insulation effect.

Furthermore, it is even more difficult to lay a plate-shaped heat insulating material, such as a foamed polystyrene plate, on the ceiling board. Furthermore, even if a composite board of plate-shaped insulation material and ceiling board is used, the plate-shaped insulation material is
If the thickness is increased to around 75 mm, it becomes difficult to nail it, so thickening is not done at present.

In other words, in this invention, the roof beams are used as land and plate-shaped insulation materials are laid on top of them, but in this case, the bundle supporting the roof rises from the beams, so that part is cut out from the plate-shaped insulation materials. This relates to a roof beam insulation structure that is laid so that there are no gaps, and the lower part of the roof frame of the entire building can be made into an insulation structure.

The shed beams 1 are assembled on land, a bundle 2 is erected and attached on the shed beams 1, and a purlin 3, rafters 4, shedding boards 5 and roofing materials are provided to form a shed assembly. A plate-shaped heat insulating material 6 is laid on the entire surface of the shed beam 1, which is set on land, with the bundle 2 cut out. In this construction, since the roof beams 1 are usually arranged at intervals of 0.9 m to 3.6 m, the plate-shaped insulation material 6 is constructed directly using standard length materials of 1.8 m x 0.9 m and the required thickness without intermediate support. Alternatively, auxiliary materials can be installed as joists as appropriate, similar to the attic flooring. A gap formed in the notch part of the heat insulating material 6 that the bundle 2 comes into contact with is caulked or a small piece of plate-shaped heat insulating material is applied as a presser to completely prevent the gap. It is preferable for the construction of the plate-shaped insulation material 6 to be laid at the time when the bundle 2 is erected on the roof beam 1, but usually in consideration of rainfall,
After the curing sheet is stretched or the outer periphery of the eaves is first stretched, the field boards 5 are finished being stretched.

A hanging tree 7 is attached to the shed beam 1 as in the past, and a ceiling board 9 is placed on the verge 8. The walls and floor surfaces can also be made into an insulating structure, and the lower part of the roof frame of the entire building can be made into an insulating structure.

As the plate-shaped heat insulating material, a synthetic resin foam board, particularly a foamed polystyrene board, is preferable, but a plate-shaped material made of glass wool can also be used.

As explained above, in constructing a roof frame, according to the present invention, the roof beams are assembled on the ground and the plate-shaped insulation material is applied over the entire surface, making it easy to install thick insulation materials. That is, it is possible to easily lay a plate-shaped heat insulating material such as a foamed polystyrene plate in two layers of 50 mm to a thickness of 100 mm. Furthermore, the lower part of the roof frame of the entire building can be made to have an insulating structure, which is suitable for heating all rooms, and unlike the conventional method of installing insulation material on the ceiling of each room, there is less heat loss from the hollow layer of the partition wall. It has excellent heat insulation effect. Therefore, in combination with the insulation structure of the walls and floor, it is possible to create a complete insulation structure of the residential part of the building, resulting in energy savings and exceptional improvement in livability. Furthermore, by using a foamed polystyrene plate with high water vapor permeation resistance as a plate-shaped heat insulating material, dew condensation can be eliminated in the roof board portion, which is at a low temperature.
