弁とを備え前記第1ノズルの背圧を増幅して出力
圧として出力するパイロツトリレーと、前記排気
弁の他端に一端が固定されたスプリングと、該ス
プリングの他端に取付けられた第2フラツパーと
、該第2フラツパに一端が対向し他端が大気中に
開放され前記背圧室に取付けられ該第2フラツパ
ーとノズル―フラツパー機構を構成する第2ノズ
ルと、前記コントロールリレーの出力空気圧と同
じ圧力が入力されるフイードバツクベローと、該
フイードバツクベローの力の信号を入力側にフイ
ードバツクするフイードバツク手段とを具備した
